fps drops in single-player skirmish too.
I noticed game eats about 20000 RAM now, is that calls "memory leak"?
(Harkonen, Greate Plat, 14.01.10192 AG, only 2 region taken, vs 3 AI: smugs, vern, freeman)

Yep, same here. 4070TI, max 20 fps in skirmish at high detail (medium solves the issue, so something is messed up in high)

Also earlyer if I click on neutral villadge my units attacks neutral units and then starts capture. Now they are lossing supply and dieing if I would not click on village again. It's not "user-friendly" experience.

I thought it was Freman thing, that I need to attack again to capture village ....

+1 FPS drop / Game crash when zoom out too

I noticed after the new patch the game will crash after a period of time (~20-30 mins) due to "out of memory". Does anyone experience the same thing?

Can confirm crashes after the patch, played for about 2 hours, had 2 crashes (didn't check for RAM usage though).

After about 1 hour I got a crash again with D4X.exe using ~ 18GB of RAM (32 GB installed). The sound continues to play, though.

Yes though when it happens to me its more along an hour or so. This along with the stuttering down to sub 20FPS, hah.
You know, I'm so glad it isn't just me.

Same here. Plus frequent crashes.

Seems to happen in combination with a large amount of territory being revealed while also zoomed out, becoming slow when trying to zoom in. Likely not the only cause, but this has been the case the 2 times it's happened to me so far.

I have all settings at max, changing one down to medium (shadows in my case) then back up to ultra fixed the fps. The second time it happened I just paused for a while and it seemed to fix itself. This is why it's my theory that the large amount of territory being revealed is the problem. Seems to be unable to render it without a big slow down and can't get back up to speed by itself.

edit: scratch that, it's now just worsening the frame rate after repeated zooming in without any additional territory reveal. Really bad now that a significant amount of the map is revealed and it's a small-sized map too.

Crashes on load. Very frequent.

FPS drop. Pause between zooming out to the global map view from the tactical one - has to scroll again once the borderline is reached. It also freezes there.

AI units carousel perform circle dance around the city when attacked instead of retaliation.

fyi, some memory leaks have been patched today, haven't tried it yet though.

nope, memory leak still present (process uses 20 GB RAM), then crashes.
