multiplayer army builds + tactics

Hello,

I am transitioning into multi-player matches after watching recordings online, but still have a few questions and am hoping the galaxy brain that is this forum can weigh in on.

When playing Ecaz or Harkonnen, how do you counter Freemen player attacks early game and late game? I use musketeers and probes to deal with cloaking, but in terms of army compilation, what do you find helpful to deal with massed melee cloaked units as well as massed cloaked skirmishers (grenade throwing units)?

Looking at it from the other side, what do you factor in when deciding whether to massed Infiltrators vs Fedaykin and other units? I often see Freemen armies as made up of Channi and all infiltrators for the buff or a completely mixed army and am curious about this.

Finally, when playing Ecaz hlwhen do you prefer to use the upgraded and more expensive versions of their units vs the standard ones?
