Campaign reward bonuses don't stack?

I picked -10 % military unit upkeep for my first victory, so good so far. Then I won another mission and picked the same bonus. But on the info panel on the left in campaign map view, it only shows -10%.

So, does it not stack or is there a bug?

Would have been nice to know this beforehand, so that I could have picked another bonus.

I have now tried this with other bonuses. They don't seem to stack. Yet one bonus you have may appear again as a selection. DO NOT SELECT IT AGAIN. You will just lose potential bonuses. Pick new ones every time.

They stack just fine. You can see x2 on those that you take multiple times. I have two Propaganda Network bonuses (+10% to generated Authority) and I get +0.8 from it with the base 4 when I start a new mission.

Now I see the x2, thanks! My UI text is absolutely tiny. May need to fix that.

I have an Ecaz campaign cooking where I have '+10% Landsraad standing gains' x5

I'm not sure how useful it is compared to other stuff you can get but I want to see how high I can push the multiplier
