I feel like having it pluck aircraft out of the sky with one hit kills would be too effective. Similarly, increasing it's rate of fire to achieve a similar effect would be brutal.
Then again, I suppose most attack aircraft don't come in unless the appropriate measures have been taken to protect them anyway.
I disagree that they should be made stronger; doing so would encourage players to turtle-up and play passively, which is not what Dune is about.
