New Councillors and their abilities. Beware Book and Movie Spoilers!

So every faction is getting two new Councillors in the Next Update, and I think it would be fun to speculate about who it could be for each, and what possible bonuses/mechanics they would have.

Atreides:
1. Paul being the one we know, I suspect he might take a bonus similar to what Duncan did, helping relationship with the Fremen/Sietches.
2. Yueh, technically a traitor, but Spice Wars is AU anyway (Leto being alive) so maybe the Harkonnen didn't kidnap his wife here. Could give extra healing to troops, or maybe buffs to the assassination victory (given his plan nearly killed the Baron)
3. Alia, yes she would be very young but not impossible. Due to the whole "adult woman in a childs body"

Harkonnen:
1. Yueh, it's possible, though would be somewhat akward, maybe he gives big infiltration bonuses but also comes with a huge downside to symbolize his hatred for the Harkonnen?

Fremen:
1. Jamis, in a timeline where Paul doesn't join the Fremen thus doesn't kill him? Maybe?
2. Mapes, focused on Infiltration/Agents?

Smugglers:
No idea... possible original characters.

Corrino:
1. The Emperors other two daughters? I mean yeah they have basically zero lore beyond their names so they could come up with something
2. Margot Fenring/Gaius Helen Moriam, if it's them we can probably outrule a Bene Gesserit faction.

Ecaz:
Haven't read the prequels so no idea.

We're all focusing on the first book characters. I really want to see Paul as a sand worm - god emperor. There are so many characters that follow. I guess Duncan ( and his clones) are a must. Also Bene Gesserit as a house might be so cool. They can implement different play style altogether.

I mean I think it's likely they'll just give the former councilor's abilities to the new ones.

The picture of Hasimir Fenring looks ridiculous, he didn't wear white nor did he cover his face. He always wore a black uniform style. It looks like the artist never read the Dune books, just made it up. Sad!

For the Atreides Thufir Hawat, Duncan Idaho and Gurney Halleck would be the most obvious choices, they were his counselors.

You don't seem to understand. The new update will make some of the current councillors into in-game units called heroes but that means they have to replace those characters in the councillor roster. For example, the House Atreides faction has 4 councillors now: Lady Jessica, Gurney Halleck, Thufir Hawat and Duncan Idaho. But two of them will become heroes (Halleck and Idaho), so the faction will gain two new councillors to replace them. The developers already said which councillors will become heroes and they also said that there will be new councillors to replace them in those roles but they haven't said that who will be these new councillors. So this post is a fan speculation discussion about the possibilities.

Yeah, we are focusing on that because that seems to be the scope of this game. The factions, characters are all from the beginning of the first book and the prequel books.
