When Steam Deck?

I'd love to play this game on the go but the game runs subpar unstable 25-30 fps and drains the battery like crazy even on all low settings. Do the devs have any plans for optimizing this game for the Steam Deck? I would've hoped after several months to a year out from release, performance on it would've improved by now :/

I just had the same problem. Just disable the wind effect in the graphics settings and the game will rund on 60 FPS with low to medium settings.

You beautiful bastard, that worked! Im getting mostly solid 40 fps with occasional stutters here and there but nothing game breaking or overbearing! I thought the wind effect was just an aesthetic but it turns out that was the setting dragging the fps down! Thank you so much!

Yes, have to admit the 60 FPS are for a new game, it goes down into the 40ies after a while. But I'm happy I could help!

Honestly the 40fps lock is perfect for it. Doesnt drain the battery as much and when the games go on, it stays at 40 pretty much the whole game. It is the sweet spot I think!
