I cant find any info on the internet, so maybe cinema made mistake or something, I dont think I seen any new content in the movie ;p I was hoping someone here would tell me ;p

Now that the writers strike is over, Hollywood is getting back on track.
It just takes more time for the good stuff to be written - I'm also waiting on the next season of Mandalorian and Amazon is working on a Ringworld series - that's all delayed because of the strike.

You probably did see something, especially at the movie theater, its just about time for stuff to start trickling out....

Jason Momoa claims there is an extended cut, but that version hasn't been released to the public. It doesn't help matters when Denis Villeneuve himself said that the theatrical version is essentially the directors cut, and that "There will be no other cut."

Have you tried watching the older movies? They have more book content than cinematic like the new movie. I liked the SciFi's 2000 Mini Series the best, because it was a good balance, it had much of the books' content, yet the CGI and special effects weren't too bad during that era, also it covers the first 2 books and a bit into the 3rd, if I remember right.

It was the raw cut… and they did cut it more to make it better. It is different thing than extended cut. They allways film more… mare a raw cut and after that cut more to make the final version.
Willeneuw has said that cut content is dead and he will not go back to it!

Seen the new movie, still kinda confusing but now its too fast instead of boring ;p

I think Dune would be better off as TV series you cant fit it into a cinema movie ;p

I am such a b-word ;p I just got used to all them good TV series they make nowdays xD
