edit, you can slap an agent in there dor the bonus, but it wont count for fremen rep
attacking a hostile sitch does not give a -1 penalty, save your game and try though
Note however this does not count towards your campaign progress for an alliance, but it will however help in levels like searching for the Ancient Sietch for the purposes of satisfying objectives.
So if you see a Sietch with a red text box, don't hesitate to pillage it, worst case you'll simply remove a constant annoyance and be a fair bit richer. Just be prepared as their units, both for defence and raids, are hardier and nastier than regular Fremen.
