What types of maps would you like to see?

I know there is always a lot of discussion around new nations but I am wondering what type of maps or environments in general you would like it see?

Do you think the developers should focus on only making maps for the fictional scenario that the war takes place in eastern Europe or should they release world maps right from the start? I personally would love some desert maps or even maps that take place America or western Europe. Although maybe releasing new maps along with new nation dlc would also be practical.

I also think winter maps or night battles would be pretty cool as well.

What are your thoughts?

If Sweden is added as a Nation Karlskrona City would be an awesome map. Great for a naval landing, a huge amount of islands in the area, , narrow and hilly streets, as well as a RL naval base located there.

Since this game isn't only fixed to the European theatre (right?), I would like to see some more unique maps, such as Siberia, North-Korea, Central and Northern Africa and so on.

I personally don't really like city maps too much, so I won't ask for city maps. lol.

What would be insane is an arctic map, maybe the far north of Norway or even Greeenland and so on.


PS: No, I don't think the devs only focus on eastern europe. I could not find anything that says they only focus on this theatre, so if the game runs well and get plenty of attention, they will most likely add a hell a lot more nations and maps.
This game could be a huge opportunity and alternative to very restrictive games such as Wargame, WARNO and Regiments.

With the attack and defend scenario currently in the beta, it would be cool to have a map where the attacker must begin the game with NO land routes. I.e. 1st phase would be an amphibious and airborne assault until they take the first couple caps on land, then they can start calling things in via ground routes. Would add a different dynamic/unique challenge since everyone seems to focus on armor all the time.
