Broken Arrow

Broken Arrow

The longer i play the less iam liking it.
Basicly impossible to win or get better

doesn´t matter what i do tried several decks i always get steamrolled (i only play US)
tried a more vehicle based deck yeah that did not end well at all.

the other option is to just sit in one place defend one single point on the map when there are 8 and i may may can hold that one single point or at least defend it / recover it last minute.

then its kinda weird that you need a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of transport for small troops

i get no grip in this game planes are useless they either do not work or they get killed instantly

other players always seem to have mass amount of more units at some point i struggle constantly (wich i cannot recover from anymore)

then there is the arty spam nothing i can do about it as planes die instantly
my arty mostly often will refuse to fire at all and if it fires its down shortly after.

game was fun in the beginning but currently it just sucks hard

one time i was in a forest with multiple different Recon units solder and vehicles
with marines and shock troops a few other vehicles as support and i only could see the enemy russion forces when they were litterly standing on top of me
and instead my guys shooting at them decided to shoot at stuff thats 500 on the other side in a different forest and ignored my commands to attack the freaking units in front of them idk what that was but this was unplayable.

I felt the same, this game is mid at best and I cant understand how people can support this crap.

Even if you wait for a "full release", the very core of the game is rotten and it wont be fixed by updates or hotfixes, only a complete overhaul.

I win most of the games with K/D around 1.5.

You need a lot of patience and methodical build-up to have success. It can take me 20+ minutes of preparations for a single push towards the next objective, during which time I just protect my part of the frontline, soften up the opponent's defence and assist teammates.

Overall, it is a very tactical and slow-paced rts, which I greatly enjoy so far. It really depends on how you play it, maybe if you uploaded some footage, we could provide more feedback.

I get the frustration, but a lot of this is play style issues. The most important thing to do is probably to keep your units really well spread out, and keep your armor hiding in tree lines. Look for places where you can look out on open fields and keep AT crews nearby (Personally, I like to keep Bradleys with TOWs in the bushes). Push your units through forests (Streets and buildings are a death wish unless you have some fantastic infantry and good light fire support/AA; Never send armor near tall buildings unless you know hat building is safe), and keep a PAC-3 in the back and a couple of front line LAAD troops, both vehicles and LAAD infantry. There’s a lot more to it, but a lot of it is mere trial and error. If you haven’t checked it out yet, play the demo a couple of times to get the hang of it (there’s a couple ways to complete it), and watch some videos on YouTube. Best of luck.

TLDR: Push recon/infantry through forests, keep armor in tree lines and away from buildings, have some AA on hand, and play the demo, watch some YT tutorials.
