Can you rescue downed jet pilots?

What happens with the jet pilots after ejecting? I noticed in the demo there is not much you can do to help them. Will there be some form of rescuing them and recirculating

If I remember correctly what I did in the demo. You can use/call in empty helo and pick them up and sell the helo afterwards with them in it.

Casualty "recirculation" and CSAR is one thing I think most RTSs miss...

I mean that would give the PJs something to do, maybe add a reward like partial refund if you save them.

I think this game is a bit more realistic... I know Mi-28's radio compartment is considered an emergency three-seat passenger bay, but I distinctly recall the AH-64 buddy recovery "protocol" is to grab onto the wing and cling for dear life - the EXINT pod was developed but never considered for deployment.
