Go All In
At first I was cautious playing the demo, then I noticed that the game doesn't provide checkpoints/saves. So, just go all in for the first attempts. My first time completing the demo took about 3 hours because I was placing resupply nodes everywhere.

Tip: Use your smokes and resupply as much as you can.

How far can you get into the demo?

The strategy for the first objective is to only use the units we have on the map. So, using a lot of smoke from the mortars and keep placing resupply nodes for the one mortar unit and four marine units. Keeping the two force recon units in defense to protect the mortar unit and LAV units.

I blame wargame for people having so much trouble with this demo. It plays MUCH more like WiC in my opinion, which is of a faster pace and more micro intensive. The AI isn't that hard to beat if you're positioning your units around correctly and using the right supports when necessary. Just be aggressive but actually using sprint, smoke, etc. and keep your IFV's out of AT range and you'll slap the stuffing out of the AI for the most part. If you spend forever just hanging back and trying to inch things up you'll just end up taking a bunch of free damage. Vehicles have really far range in this and can be used to quickly knock out stubborn infantry from buildings, and conversely vehicles are super vulnerable to ATGM's(From infantry or helicopters).

I've gotten to the point where I can blitz the first segment in like 10-ish minutes, then lose no units in the fort defense. I can't stress enough how important buildings are, and how effective it is to flood them with infantry. Once you drop supplies by the hardpoints youve dug into the AI basically can't do diddly squat and gets utterly rekt. Heck the fortress segment kinda lets you 'cheat'. As long as you don't capture the fort itself(destroying the artillery with a helicopter is fine), you can take your time healing/repairing all your units from the first segment, moving them across to form a big defensive line(Don't just use the fort, you're supposed to use all the buildings and stuff around the fort too), and call in reinforcements to make a doom line.

The final segment where you have to cut off the Russian rear is admittedly the hardest but anything stubborn can just get rocked by tomahawks. I always just bait out that kinda cheap rocket barrage at the start with a recon unit up the left flank to trigger the barrage before I nuke the MLRS with tomahawks and none of my units end up getting hit. From there you just move building to building, and using the buildings as cover for your tanks(You will definitely need to micro them to dodge ATGM's and stuff, just popping smoke wont work, they still try to hit your last known position unlike in Wargame where they just go potato the second LOS is lost).

Don't be afraid to lose units, you still get them bacK(And thank god, the finite nature of decks in Wargame leads to extremely passive play) eventually, so try to experiment with higher aggression and I promise you'll see a HUGE difference. The game has tons of mechanics in it to help break up the trench warfare of games like WARNO or Red Dragon.

The lack of save/checkpoint is my major gripe with this. Especially when testing new mechanics.
