Yep
Now if only they could optimize this game. If they do. . I'll be sinking a lot. .a lot of hours in it.
I am liking this one though for some reason. The view is better (you actually get to 'see' the units) and the game feels more realistic. A lot of that is due to the excellent sound and effects I think. I like more realistic games like DCS World, Combat Mission, Squad, etc., and I know that Slitherine puts out good ones.
But the lack of a save is KILLING IT for me. My last go through I set up a good defence on the other side, then put a few single units on the fort to trigger the waves. All was going well until apparently my single units were killed while hiding in trees (??) when no enemy were around, and sergeant douche-bag instantly shows up and ends the game! Now I have to do it all over again? I don't think so. Needs to be fixed, even for the demo.
