I bought the game back in 2016 however I am unable to access launcher to play it

So I had bought the game in past and i found it out came out on steam like year ago so I went on website to get launcher however it you can't download it from website anymore, so do I actually have to rebuy the game on steam for me to play it again, Is license key I bought from 2016 useless now?
