SLS announced in an earlier preview that will be adding more territory plots within Oakveil, as a player feedback to the lack of new plots added with v1.0 (Mortium).
My issue is all the people just going "boo, bad update" even though they're getting a ton of content for free . If this were a paid update, I'd get it. I also get that not everyone is getting the content they most want. But people are just screaming at the devs instead of trying to just engage in a civil way.
And it's not just here, it's every single game. People just acting like entitled children, claiming a game is dead because it hasn't gotten an update in 2 months (or because it doesn't have 100 000 people playing even though it isn't an MMO/competitive multiplayer game), claiming the devs are greedy because they're selling optional cosmetic DLC, and god knows what other inane BS.
Trust me, I'm not a yes man. Plenty of games I love have negative reviews because of publisher/dev BS. But I also don't throw a tantrum over every minor decision the devs make just because I maybe don't agree with it or feel like the devs have betrayed me personally.
If you really want to prevent the industry from going to ♥♥♥♥, go after the big publishers like Sony, Bethesda, Nintendo, you know, the ones actually ruining the industry. Don't try to burn the indie devs who actually still care about making cool games and not charging $80 for half-baked reskins.
Updates :
1.) Gloomrot
2.) Official 1.0 Release
3.) Planned But Not Defined - Updated

The game is still in early access.
Kinda thought 1.0 was it, don't feel like wasting another 200hrs on a dedicated server.
well, then tell the devs to make that stat-capping garbage optional via server settings and put back the initial array of settings into the game instead of some config files that you need a translator app for to make any use of it...
like seriously, i'm just sick of jumping through burning loops because of f*cked in the head developer decisions like this, stat caps getting introduced post 1.0 despite heavy protests with no way to avoid them?
that simply screams for a sound smacking.
no worries, sony, acti-blizz, wonder bros, betathesda, nopetendo, electronic farts, ubislop etc are already blacklisted and won't ever get another cent from me...
And as a solo (singleplayer) player, I wouldnt mind if devs would introduce option to add one to many NPC vampires to fight against (or maybe even ally with?), that would try to raid your castle now and then. Code the NPC vampires to try and match the players power level so they dont become too OP or too weak. Just a thought ^^
This and an arena mode.. The most requested features since the game came out..
Don't say the devs listen or care when the most requested things (theres only 2 for this game) get ignored and they focus more on art events or adding pointless items because its easier..
The last thing westerners want to do is work. This is why immigration is killing the west
"sighs"
besides that new content sound like step in true direction
Sounds like a lot of skill issues. If you're not ready for intense stay in your castle lol
