Was thinking a large garden or graveyard with a small mausoleum entrance going down to the real stronghold. Maybe several floors down, the maximum floor count should still be the same as it is now. So one can build vertically either way with the same limit as now counting from the lowest floor.
But I think we just need more building space for now, you can still build vertical and have a pair of large towers but nothing like a palace or a castle without sacrificing the garden or stables. I'm fine with it if these larger territories are special places you have to fight for, so maybe only 1 uniquely large territory, perhaps misty area that's sealed off in the middle of Vardoran - or did they remove it entirely now?
As much as the .001% of players remaining who think the pvp is good (it isnt with the prison wallet weapon system and no real specialization for your weapons since you can flip to anything you want), when are devs going to concede that the pvp isnt good enough to keep people around?
How much "staying power" are you expecting? This is not World of Warcraft with thousands of people sharing a server.
There's nothing wrong with playing for a week or two and moving to another game. V Rising isn't set out to be a traditional MMORPG, so it doesn't make sense for you or me to expect it to feature that kind of longevity.
The progression system is about a week or so of normal gameplay unless you're playing for 8+ hours a day.
If you want a game that keeps you for 3 - 6 months, you need to look for a game that is built for it.
And what's this "What is the point of updating when ... <things happen that I perceive as problems>"? Do you want developers to stop working on a game when they release it in Early Access? The point is to keep working on the game.
Just because you personally don't like a game doesn't mean something is wrong with it. A ton of us love this game. Sorry if it couldn't fit what you were looking for, but there's tens of thousands of games on Steam alone. Surely it's just a matter of finding something suited for you.
The Lore and other details like that is good, but this is a game and games should be fun first and I am happy to see that this approach has been applied here.
When you guys added the ability to move castles more easily I was happy. When you added the Glam system and the new spell system I was fully onboard.
Thank you for listening to the Community! Cheers!
