Mouse unresponsive keyboard locks up

Seriously the mouse input is not responsive sometimes when you rotate camera nothing happens apart of character rotating on spot instead camera rotating around character.

On top of that the keyboard input just stops working in middle of fight....

This is just bad.

Have you ticked the "Confine Cursor to Window" Option in General Options? Fullscreen doesnt enable this by default and might be a cause.
