Midnight ball gown: bugged, or missing pieces?

I've crafted the Midnight ball gown, but is there no appropriate "leggings" and slippers piece as a default?

I've removed gloves and at least you can see the elegant sleeves depicted here. But removal of boots only shows the bare feet (which is not depicted here, I put the boots back on as seen in this screen). There's no suitable graphic from the legs on down; which is a disappointment. Why is the front of her skirt hiked up to the thighs? (No, she's not a THOT). Wish had garters and slippers at least or looking like Maja the Dark Savant in the V Blood profile, especially with the neck piece and lacy stockings she had.

Or am I missing something? I know you can get the 2-piece suit from killing Maja also, I kind of half expect having female leggings to substitute for the suit pants.
