A weird thing with Jade occurred. Anyone know the cause or experience it?

I had just found a horse with 11 speed. It was the first time I'd seen the value that high and I was excited to get it back to my castle. I was near the village in dunley with the church on top of the hill ready to farm some quartz in the wilderness after clearing the nearby militia post and patrols.

The server seemed to glitch or something, because out of nowhere Jade the Vampire Hunter comes charging in at full speed like she deaggroed from somewhere else, stops, and then begins her battle sequence/line in the middle of the wilderness. (You couldn't see the road from my screen iirc.)

Then the server gives a stability warning for some computer systems (which it does every once in a long while and that's not strange) but also tells me that my servant's hunt in the same village with the church (dawnbreak I think?) I was nearby has "begun" when I had given that order on my castle throne 5 minutes earlier before traveling down to the village and I thought it already said that same thing at that time?

I kept rubberbanding for a bit while fighting jade, and at one point in the beginning while I was trying to avoid her, she just stopped attacking me and started targeting my new horse repeatedly! It almost died but I started spamming spells and attacks and she retargeted me and I pulled her away from the area by periodically attacking with spells/crossbow so she wouldn't switch targets again.

After fighting a losing battle (rubberbanding sure didn't help) I tried to just run away and save my 81% warrior blood. She chased me a very long distance before finally breaking combat. I slinked back to my horse to get it back to the castle, and she was standing by it! I just stood there in dumb shock for a few seconds before carefully moving around to see if she would start patrolling but instead she just disappeared after 8 seconds or so.

Anyone have any insight here?? The only thing I can think of was that it was almost dawn and this point was near the end of her despawn point. Why she was so interested in taking out my horse or why she went back to a point off the road I cannot fathom.

Yes, got that problem with most of the wandering boss, seen Meredith leave the iron mine, just to have her spawn right next to me, in side the mine. do look like it is a problem only solo players got.
