Blood Hunger daze.

I'm riding around with Blood Hunger on to find people with 90%<= blood and when I get knocked off my horse, I get dazed. The problem is when I try to cancel Blood Hunger while dazed, the game thinks I'm trying to damage myself which is, thankfully zero. Still, that is very annoying. I can cancel it after daze goes away.
