Not enchanted weapons apply effects.

So I had Merciless Iron Sword. I've enchanted it and received Wanderer's Blade which applies Static effect on Whirlwind. Later I've changed this sword to Dark Silver Sword. No enchants are applied to it (it's impossible) but it's still applies Static on Whirlwind.
I have the same situation with Sanguine Axes.
Is this an expected behavior?

I am having the same issue with my dark silver slashers applying Condemn so I can't even subdue anything using them and they are my favorite weapon so far.
