Unable to fill any containers with water (i.e, canteens, glass bottles, flasks)

My game was functioning perfectly fine just a day or so ago, I have changed absolutely nothing concerning settings. Unfortunately today I figured out I'm unable to fill any containers that can hold water and it's a pretty game-breaking bug.

I'm on solo play thankfully, so any potions I need I can just (very reluctantly) spawn in for myself, however I specifically need water-filled glass bottles to build a fountain, however I can't spawn them in, as they seem to simply not exist on the Give command list at all. I even went through every item that's spawnable; no dice.

Canteens and water-filled canteens are still there on the list, however water-filled glass bottles and flasks just don't exist according to the game. I know some other folks have had the same bug, as I've scoured the net for a solution and found multiple articles surrounding the same issue; yet no one seems to have an answer other than the people with the bug being SOL.

This has already been reported on the official forums for bug reports and even on here once before, however there are still no answers, so I'm bringing it here again.

Any advice or solutions would be much appreciated.
