TERRIBLE LOW FPS WHILE STREAMING ON TWITCH WITH OBS.

Last week i was doing a gameplay with my OBS setting normally and even with some in-game high-medium graphics settings pretty well.
This week is going terrible awful during streaming with some really BAD fps issues with everything on LOW.
Anyone can help or experimenting the same issue?
