Refinement and Cost Modifier settings

The Crafting Cost Modifier and Refinement Cost Modifier do not work. Crafting cost works for the personal crafting menu, but workstations and refinement facilities do not work with these settings.

What settings did you try for both cost and refinement? Was this private game or a dedicated server?

I upvoted. Both refinement and crafting cost don't apply to workstations. The crafting cost is affected only in inventory crafting. We'd like it fixed so we can make a challenging PVE server for more players. As it is we get too much stuff. We dropped resource and loot rates down, but when dropping loot rates below 1, we didn't get any coarse threads, hearts or even gem from those gem rocks.
