library floor tiles bug?
Hey there I notice that library floors do not seem to impart any sort of benefit to research station or study. They cost the same amount of paper/scrolls regardless of being placed on a library floor or not.

They are used for the Press to craft Paper/Scrolls/Schematics

and you have to make sure that it's in it's OWN room, no other floors in the room, but library.
