Is there a way to get rid of waste without simply dumping it?

Just wondering if there's an efficient way to get rid of waste like sawdust or stone dust, etc. Without just moving it out of inventory and dumping it on the ground. I figure stuff dumped will probably (?) go away after you log out, but I'm loathe to try it within my castle grounds without hearing if someone can confirm it.

Otherwise, I want to suggest a "devourer" object you can build that acts as a trash can. You can simply put things you want to dispose of, and it'll eat it over time. Kinda like a crafting station in that you can retrieve things before it gets eaten by the thing.

But if it's easily solved while dumping and then logging out for a bit (i.e., thing will despawn after a bit), please let me know.

Hi - It depends on what gamemode you run. In PvP it’s not useful but in PvE they are very useful as they are base-mats for something I wont spoil A tip in survival games don’t throw stuff away and awaken your inner hoarder.

Just drop it in a quiet corner of your castle. You can use space bar to drop an item so you dont need to drag and drop any item. Items dropped in your castle dosn't disapear unless you move away quite a bit , usually you need to leave castle and go somewhere else or log off.
