Loot respawn timer?

Curious if anyone knows how long it takes for loot inside houses to refill; and same for chests to respawn.
I once saw a chest spawn infront of me out of nowhere, wondering if time of day had something to do with it spawning since I had not been looting in that area for a while

It's somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes. If enemies are respawning, loot is also respawning.
