Remove Family Library Sharing tag

Family Library Sharing doesn't work, the game asks to buy the game for another account. Remove the tag.

However, if you remove the restriction I think you can make 10 accounts from one purchase if I'm not mistaken. Not ideal really, a lot of people are going to abuse that.

It's important to have this work correctly. My teenager is looking to play the game this summer and this was a selling point for my purchase.
