Do you mean online or offline raids?

For online; Clerics and priests are solid for healing and shielding you while you're fighting. Esanguinator's also dish out some good damage but anything you throw out to fight will die really easily. You can maybe get lucky with a Dark Temptress's charms to help you combo. Anything that's ranged like a riflemen or archer can do some good damage but they'll most likely just open doors for the raiders.

For offline; nothing. Your guys cannot hold a candle to players on their own. Hell, they might actually just open doors for the raiders and let them in without having to use golems or explosives. Anything that kites or moves away from someone in melee, like archers, riflemen, or priestesses can easily be directed into a doorway so that they'll open it up. so, either servant lock a lot of your base or just don't use them.

The 2 handed swordsmen in the light area are hell because they force dodges out of people with their thrust attack, and oftentimes, if someone's fighting another person, they'll get in a 200 damage hit and a stun.

This one may seem like a meme, but the bandits in Farbane have a really sucky unit that actually sucks to be against in PvP; The shield bandit that stuns you if you hit it. Reasons;
-In the middle of a PvP attack, if you stick close to one of them, people will have to circle around them to hit you, and they will stop and stun any attacker that is in the middle of an attack animation. They also stop any proyectiles that are not your own, literal BS to play against a player with these.
-They also snare with hits
-They are mildly tanky though not as much as many others

The lightweavers are great as well. They make quick AoE heals that damage enemies too+dash around a lot.

Finally, Women Paladins(Mace and shield women that Heal units over time and dash+Shield them) are great to have next to 2 handed swordsmen and Lightweavers, they combo very well; The paladin and knight will be stopping you in your attempts to hit the Lightweaver, and she also has a minor version of the counter shield from the bandit. Not only this, but the shield they give other units constantly, and the Heal over time sucks for you if you're not able to stop them...And it's hard to do with other units in the way(Trust me).

Honourable mentions/Combo potential but need setup:

Succubus enemies from the Mortium area can be extremely deadly. That charm is absolute hell; Not only it drains your health very quickly if you get hit by it, but it also opens up for absolute player combos, oftentimes leading to you being oneshot...Yes, I'm not joking, it's that deadly to be charmed for that long.
But right there's the problem, the succubus kiss is VERY slow, so it's easy to dodge even during a fight, and you don't even need to dash. A solution to this, would be a setup where the succubus is in a corridor with furniture setup to make it even thinner, where you can't easily move anywhere to avoid the kiss so you are completely forced to dash or counter, which uses your movement or spell and you can't use it against a player.

On a similar note, the BIG BRUTES with the shield in the fields, the ones that hit their shield and them make a dash that takes away like half your health in one hit and stun you? Those can be really good if you have units that stun, or you stun the enemy players yourself with ice or something similar. One single charge from one of them can take half your health, and it will ALSO stun you.
The problem is they are naturally really easy to dodge for a wary player, but again, with the right setup(Stun units that make you waste dashes) and units that ensnare, these guys can wipe out a vampire without even needing assistance from you.

I used a Bunch of Lightweavers, they teleport around and lay down massive AoEs which both heal allies and damage enemies. A few of these together can wrecck most things, as they will rarely cluster together because of their teleport and if you try to single one down, the others will bombard the area with AoE
