My Experience So Far on Brutal...
Act I was pretty easy in general, a few bosses killed me because I didn't know the new mechanic they had, but after seeing it, I beat them bosses without issues. Alpha, for example, I didn't know about his jump-grab attack, that killed me once, but after seeing it, I avoided it and beat him as easily as always. Finn killed me once because I decided to not kill the Lockness Monster, the second time I killed it, and was pretty easy. The only hard fight I had was Nibbles because I didn't know about its AoE attack. I usually spawn it inside my base in a confined area. He's faster than me (I don't remember my GS, but was early), and I couldn't avoid him close enough to AoE hitting me, eventually I managed to kill it, but it took me a while to do so.

Act II everything ramped up because I felt the bosses weren't being taunted by my skeletons, since I play solo, a spell that I'm always using is Corrupted Skull because the skeletons help a lot... I felt every single boss was avoiding the skeletons and only targeting me. Vincent was the hard one to beat, I had to go really, REALLY defensive against him, changing completely the way I play. Kriig was the second most difficult boss because I wasn't using Meredith to do damage. Meredith was a joke, as always, I actually didn't fight her, if you randomly go inside the mine you'll see her there already ready to be sucked. Interestingly enough, all level 56, level 60, and Octavian were pretty easy, I didn't die for them once, I was expecting hard fights but no.

Act III I hadn't completed yet, but Ziva and Angram were pretty easy, mostly because of the map itself, and too many obstacles to avoid their attacks. Domina on the other hand was hard as ♥♥♥♥ I couldn't predict her new attacks, there was one that she pulled us towards her that I couldn't see, but eventually I killed her. Level 66 bosses were easy after crafting the Dawnthorn Armor set. I learned a way to easily defeat Ben pretty fast by simply forcing him to spawn that stupid monstrosity, letting him move around the map, and then facing him without the monstrosity, it seems the thing doesn't despawn, so you can fight Ben without it, then just clear the area from the roaming enemies and you're good to go. Foulrot was pathetic, I don't even know what his new mechanic is. Ungora you just need to fight her once to break all the cocoons around, then leave to reset the fight, then fight her again without the cocoons.

I'm here now, my next target is level 67 bosses. So far? I like Brutal, once you notice the new mechanic you can defeat the boss without issues, some you'll need to change your way of playing to adapt, but pretty nice change to the game, I suggest you all play on Brutal.

Just defeated both frog and werewolf. The frog was as easy as normal, I don't even know what is the new mechanic. The werewolf I died once because I ignored his new mechanic, but the second time I didn't ignore and managed to beat him.

Done, I defeated the Act III boss, and he's easy. I died a few times because I was stubborn, I was trying to kill him while ignoring the weapons, bit mistake, it's a huge bullet hell like that. If you have patience and kill the weapons you'll win pretty easily. He's slow as hell, you can walk away from him, the only attack is that could be dangerous is the spear, but his jump-back telegraph and a straight line in your direction is enough to see what's coming... Plus, you can use the undead shield on the spheres to recover health.

One word to define Act III (in my opinion): Disappointing.

Wait till you get to Adam and then Dracula. Dracula on Brutal took me over a hundred and fifty attempts solo to beat with regular settings.

I liked the new Act I and Act II, but Act III was disappointing. I just started Act IV, gonna hop straight to the boss that gives me the Aethernum, or whatever the name of the thing is, after that I'm gonna farm stuff to craft maps and unlock all things, after that craft some Armors and weapons, and then I'm gonna kill some of the bosses I already know.

I didn't fight the big 4, Solarus, Winged Horror, Adam and Dracula until I got a legendary weapon. Helps a lot. And I had to beat Dracula on Normal to get the full set bonus, so I could beat him on Brutal, so that might end up helping. Good luck on your journey.
