Stealing prisoners from players

With hotfix #2 interaction with prison cells was fixed. "Enemy players may now interact with prison cells, but they are not able to kill or subdue prisoners this way. This fixes an issue where players stored loot in Prison cells to secure it from enemy raids." But now when raiding how can we steal prisoners from other players?
