They're here to tank, do some CC and area denial. They're basically meatshields.
Does expertise change in any way? I find myself needing some mats, and i could use a "Worker" servant for my servant hunts. However i cannot find any above 90%. Is it worth to waste so much time looking for a 90%+ servant, or does it not matter in the end if its only job is going on missions?
Expertise really isn't as impactful as you think for loot purposes. It gives an equal amount of damage %age and health %age, which is only relevant in PvP, an equal amount of Hunt Proficiency, which gives you a tiny bit of leeway with regards to equipment and proficiency on 'hard' areas.
And more to the point, it gives you half as much bonus loot %age. That's likely to be <3% difference, assuming your 90%+ worker even rolls well on Expertise.
You'll get more mileage out of the flat 20% bonus for sending at least 1 servant with the appropriate area bonus.
