Lag and stuttering
I have a Ryzen 7, 32 gigs of ram and a RTX 4070 TI super with 16gigs of vram. When I unlock the frame rate, I get over 300 fps.... but even still, the game will stutter and lag even at 250 FPS... whats up with this? I can run much more demanding games much smoother. The stuttering is unbearable at times. It happens constantly.

Yes, I even put all the graphics to low, no special effects and it still stutters all the same...

PS there are still big problems with control and keyboard detection. Like sometimes the game simply does not respond to them, logging out and jumping back in does eventually fix this... annoying as hell but not as big of a problem, just FYI

Try toggling the V-Sync.

FYI: I'm on Ryzen 7600, 32 GB RAM, GTX 1080, almost everything on Low and it's flawless for me.

My bad..... I have a ryzen 7....

anyways why are you running everything on low? Seems you should be able to run the game on much higher settings than low....

I also bought my girl a new computer, a ryzen 5, 16 gig ram..... rtx 3060 12 gigs or ram and she is running the game with everything on..... and her game runs flawlessly.... we play together.... just my computer which costs more than 2x is having issues.

PS that didnt work.

I also had lags but then I moved the game from disk d to c (ssd) and now the game runs smoothly

Disable the frame limiter or increase it to your monitors refresh rate. That has proven to solve the random stutter issues.

It may sound weird but give it a try, run steam as administrator and also set the games .exe to run as well, I personally even tried running the game with dxvk, to make the game run in Vulkan instead of DX 11, It gave me higher fps at the cost of slow shader loading times/initial stutters, after a couple of minutes it worked great.

i had also lags and stuttering until i deactivated vsync. i set it to no limit and since then i had no more issues. i have an NVidia GPU 4070. Thought first the issue was my dedicated server until i tried vsync
