No castle flooring bonuses

I can’t figure out why my workshop and forge flooring bonuses aren’t being applied. I don’t have any of the other floor types yet. Anyone have any ideas?

• My castle heart is in its own room away from the forge and workshop rooms
• The entire floor is forge in the forge room, and workshop floor in the workshop room
• I have tried with a door frame, with a door frame and a door, and tried without them
• I am using stone walls and there is a roof on the rooms in question.

Did you make a closed room especially for forge and workshop? When not maybe that is why it does not work, make dunno a 3x3tiles tiny room and close it up with walls and a door + floor tiles and then see if that works. It must be in a closed space otherwise the bonus does not trigger. For me i have my castle heart in the workshopt room and have the bonus.

I can vouch, I'm having the same problem. I have a crypt on the second floor of my castle that isn't getting a floor bonus despite using the proper tiles.

Need pics. The room has to be enclosed by itself, with at least doorframes if not actual doors, with a roof, and the correct floor tiles.

It happend to me a couple times that i forgot to floor one tile that was under a smelter or grinder.

I've never had this issue, there must be a missing tile somewhere or one of your "door frames" must be just an empty wall.

You must make sure there is no empty wall between rooms. I had the same issue and solved it like that

Every time this issue happened to me, closer investigation showed either a missing floor, missing wall, or something of the sort. Even just a single tile being off. Also, I noted stairs can cause issues with this sometimes if the stairs themselves are not "entranced" away and walled off from the room you're trying to link the bonuses to, though this has been somewhat inconsistent
