what are some places that drop glass?

I need to upgrade my castle but I need glass and I don't have the ability to craft it yet, I'm currently in the farm lands but I dont see any places that drop it.

Quartz quarry to the north-west Dunley. Also as a general drop throughout all of Dunley.

I got glass slowly at first by looting chests and killing people in the towns and mostly the quartz quarry.

If you kill the main v-blood chick there, you can make glass, but she was kind of tough.

You don't *need* to upgrade your castle heart. You need to progress with the game and the V Bloods. Typically if you can't craft something it means you're behind on your V Blood progression.

As was said though, the quartz quarry gives glass as a drop. And Dunley has it as general loot from practically everything.

They sadly have an interactive map. When there's one built into the game along with a boss V Blood tracker. But I guess it can be useful for undiscovered fogged locations.

Running around Dunely farms and the two major villages and smashing barrels and looting the villagers cabinets can get you quick glass. Its a fairly quick way to get glass.

Congratulations! You completely missed the point of what was said!

There's no need to go around farming glass from drops. If you keep up on your V Blood unlocks you can then craft it. If you can't craft it, you're behind on your V Blood progression. Nobody at any point demanded the OP play a certain way or progress a certain way. What was said is: "Typically if you can't craft something it means you're behind on your V Blood progression." What was said is completely true. If you're so sensitive that that true statement bothers you, don't bother playing with other people nor being in discussion posts.

I'm not here to sugar coat things and prance around your feelings. If everyone did that we'd never speak to one another because you never know what will bother someone else. Get out of here with your social movements and acting like everything has to be rainbows and butterflies 24/7.

Not to mention that everything you say about me is you inserting things that weren't said. It was how you interpreted it. That says a lot about you more than anything.

The Steam discussions usually seem to be full of either trolls that will insult everything or such overly sensitive people that if you simply speak to them they're going to report you for being insensitive and rude then you get temporarily banned. I'm used to it at this point. The world is a terrifying place because these people exist out there.

They can't seem to handle the truth of what I said. Sure you can go out farming glass from drops.. that's obvious.. but the most efficient way to get glass is crafting it after killing the glassblower. If you're not at that point in your V Blood progression by the time you have the quest to upgrade the castle heart, that means you're lagging behind on progression.. you can play however you damn well please but that doesn't change that fact.

OR hear me out.. maybe some people have different priorities.. I have a friend who spends 80% of her playtime building.. so she always farms and upgrades her castle way before we kill the v-bloods because she wants to keep building.

A lot of people skip around on bosses once again playing how they want.. you come off as some pompous "play the game the right way and you wouldn't need this post" kinda person.

So as SOI said.. you could have simply answered the question.. instead of climbing on your superior soap box.

I did answer the question just not with something you wanted to hear. That's once again a you problem. The OP had no problem with it. Suddenly though you all revived this post simply to berate me and act like you're superior in saying people can play however they want.

Nobody at any point said they can't play how they want, but if they want what they're asking for the simplest and best way to do it is what I originally answered. Again, you don't have to like that answer. That's entirely your prerogative. That however does not give you the right to then all pile on me and berate me acting so sensitive saying I should have been nicer about what I said. What about you all? None of you are being nice whatsoever in how you're replying. This is how people are now. You act superior while telling others to "get off their soapbox". The question asked by the OP was answered in two ways. There's areas you can farm for glass or you can do it the simplest way and just play the game progressing as intended through V Bloods. If you don't want to do the latter, that's perfectly fine. I never held a gun to the OP's head and forced them to play a certain way. Yet here you all are acting as if that's exactly what happened.
