But random generation of dungeons in Diablo-like style would be cool, I agree.
plots can be the same size, but located in other places, depending on the randomness; accordingly, key locations will also be in other places, but in obviously separated tier zones
Let's say you have a favorite building plot, but due to randomness it will be located in other places on the map. but in the same tier zone of the map. That is, sometimes it’s on the left, sometimes on the right, a mine with copper, for example, is still at the bottom of the map in the first tier zone, but for example, not in the center, but on the edge on the right (conditionally)
That could work, but the problem is that developers are focused on PvP content now. For this feature to be developed, we need to persuade devs that it will be exciting both for PvE and PvP players.
Honestly, I am not sure how useful it would be for PvP. I know some hardcore gamers that love learning every inch of the map just to have a small advantage over other players. With random generation, learning a map becomes too much of an effort for too little gain.
I am personally ok with random map generation, but there will certainly be PvP players who will be against it.
They said they took a lot of time.. to hand craft the map the way it is and basically that's it.
So definitely would not get your hopes up for any of that.
Go play Rust then, problem solved. You'll get all the toxicity you could ever want from any game, all in one package, including microtransactions, since that seems to be what you're looking for.
V Rising was not developed to be a live service game or an MMO, nor was it developed strictly for PVP. It was designed with more focus on PVE with co-op, and that is exactly what they need to focus more on.
The reason you won't find much PVP in this game is because 1: It is poorly implemented. 2: They don't focus on it. 3: People play this game for the single player/co-op experience.
is all about gear, boss rush and build your own vampire castle.
player who like PVP in game like this is minority and your kind is not the focus.
We are not interested in playing the same game, which is no different from previous versions, killing the same bosses for no reason. We played for raids and pvp. Now there is almost none of this in the game, it is impossible to guess a wipe on a convenient day, because there is no choice between servers.
The interest was in base defense, pvp, raiding other people's bases, taking out loot from players. And the most interesting often happened in the early game, when everyone fought for resources. Now there is no good selection of servers, no online, now there is no point for us to play this. Sad
It's a game with alot of potential but they cut it short too quickly. There's just nothing that compels me to come back again especially when there is no major updates coming in the near future that i am aware of.
Also, filter the server by empty. There are some with people in it.
