You should have access to servants which can feed you a daily supply. If you need it right away for a production bottleneck, you could go hunting yourself for some.

Servant missions in the steampunky region, whatever it's called, yield a fair amount of grease. I suggest capturing a high quality villager or two and making them your grease collectors.
