Yeah there is no timer there, dunno where you're looking.

But for future reference a lot of developers seem to confuse UTC with their local times because they forget about daylight saving time.
Clocks went forward in March by 1 hour and the devs have given their time without it, which means to add hour so until now most people though 3am pacific time was the release time which translates to 12pm UTC or GMT +0, but the actual time for both is 4am in the US and 1pm in the UK. They likely decided on the date before the clocks went forward and forgot to correct it lol
