Start time for 1.1 on 28th ?

Anyone know whe the 1.1 update will drop on the 28th is it a midnight or late afternoon start

Welp, 1.0 launched mid day in the UK last year, so my money is on mid day UK time on the 28th. Calculate to your time zone from there if needed.

In NA 1.0 released very early in the morning was like 4am for me

It was exactly 4 AM in LA, and 7 AM in NY :) . just checked last year's release schedule map.
