Sandbox Building Mode Please?

Hi all, So I was wondering if there are any plans to give the players a play mode in which you can unlock all building materials and features without having to fight each of the boss' to unlock them - giving us a creative sandbox mode where you can focus on building up your castle and maybe less of the boss fighting.

Use server settings - there was something like building cost - set to 0, give yourself max level max progress, and spawn whatever you like with console commands.
