Can this game work?
I can't get this crashing trash to refund. Is there anyway to actually, you know, play the game?
It just keeps crashing, when I finally got one game started it crashed too. The thing just crashes on any attempt to start up and apparently it will crash if you actually get started anyway.
Any fixes that makes this game not a waste of money?

Edit: I'm not very tech savvy so I don't know what to tell you for PC specs, but the thing is brand new and can run other games like BG3 without any issues.

Well my dear not tech savy friend. Being able to run other games doesn't mean anything.
BG3 can run on Vulkan for example which means that it'll look grainy but you can run it on a toaster.

First start by telling us what your OS is. If it's windows type Dxdiag somewhere in the research bar and run that. It'll tell you what you've got (more or less).
Also, the first reply has a bunch of links that, if you are on windows, are necessary to follow. A lot of it is bloatware but necessary, to run this game.
Edit: and change the tone. We are users like you, not tech support. I see you got a clown award already and that's most likely due to your tone.
