What are the best random stats to look for on late game weapons?

What are the best random stats to look for on late game weapons?
I have weapons with a lot of spell stuff, others with flat HP, movement speed, but I don't really know which is better overall because I don't really know what the late game is made of.
5% movement speed seems like it would be the best thing ever but it's very marginal, almost indistinguishable from base speed.

It all depends on the build and playstyle. Its not best overall its best for build and playstyle that you want to achieve. So generaly there is no best stat. One can be best for your build but utterly horrible for other.

not sure for best, but i can tell you Hp is the worst.

No matter what your playstyle is movement speed is going to be good it allows you to move later and still avoid hits. In other words movement speed is a universally good stat regardless of your build.

It is to some point in game but i sacrificed ms for other stats and in certain builds i didnt noticed it because no matter what movement speed you had it always came down to using skills with iframes. Having more damage meant finishing fights quicker. At start on brutal ms is just best but later with more spels and weapons it isnt best if you know what you are doing.
