Either 1 is Multiple or 1 is Unique (If your base config is PVP id say 1 = Unique and the opposite if its PVE)
And I would assume the same, but that's an assumption. It's also just an example. It's one out of tons of lines that might not be self explanatory. It's one line that demonstrates the point that when you're digging through the text file, you don't actually know what is what, guaranteed. And that doesn't address the ranges. Can I put 4 in that line? 10? 9001? What happens if I get the ranges wrong?
The point is that these should be in the game where all of that information can be presented, not in a text file you have to edit manually. This isn't the 90's.
