Is there a way to contain a mutant to tap a blood?

Only way - feed prisioners with gruel until he transform into a mutant. Idk why you need permanent mutant blood cause its useless, only reason to take it - farm silver with higher resistance.

No, it's the one blood type you can't keep on tap. Best you can do is convert an existing 100% prisoner when you want it, which is a pretty big waste unless you have multiple.

You can try and contain mutant rats and block them off and kill off what isn't a 100%. I havent put it to the test myself but its an option should it work

Yeah, I was running rifts earlier with Mutant 90%+ and the random mutants spawned from killing enemies with Bites worked like summoned skeletons due to the sheer numbers of Mortian troops.
