In his second phase he always demolishes the fallen angel in 1 second - with his ball spam , since it's always the first move he uses when the angel changes sides

Frost Shield is a SUPER hard punish when he tells me my end is Nigh.

My setup was Pistols for the evasion with blood infusion, Blood Dash, Frost shield with no gem, and Blood Rite with Longer immaterial Duration. Second phase just basically baiting out his End is Nigh BS and countering with Frost Shield.

You can't rely on summon to do anything other than being bait in Brutal anyway...and sadly fallen angel is exactly that.

But who need them anyway?, just rock duel shield spell to counter all his boomerage blade ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and punish his crappy lightshow.

I abused Frost shield and UnHoly Shield, Frost shield to punish his spam for damage and the Unholy I have a Gem that gives me 40% of my Spell dmg back as health for every hit...so...yeah...

Honestly, I didn't struggle with any of the Final 4 Bosses, they were super easy to read and their attacks are linear, it was Tristian that was aweful to me, I couldn't seem to beat him tilll I was level 60...that freaking spin to win fire garbage was just...ick.
