Add NPC Vampires to solo?

I don't get to jump on a server much when there is activity due to work and have spotty internet most days. I wonder if they will allow mods again or maybe introduce a setting to allow NPC vampires to roam in solo/local play that can act as other players.

Personally, I don't get all the hate about the game lately. It was in development for a long period just like Conan was and the polished game is looking much better than it did at the start (been here since the first day of this game being out for EA). They are trying to create a well balanced game, not everyone is going to be happy at the end. There are setting to make the game harder or easier, and if the problem is that you want to play with others (and your internet doesn't suck) they pool together to get a server rented OR have someone that has reliable connections to be your local server.

Enjoy the game. These guys did a lot of great work and whining about it isn't going to get anything but Devs who will ignore the ENTIRE community to avoid the headaches.

And what would you expect the NPC player vampires to do?
For PvP? as support? to build castles that can be raided? they will raid your castle?

Something to fight and raid I suppose. Lots of the PvP servers go dark after awhile, or at least they did during the last year. But this would allow you to still play offline against an AI instead of only hunting for V Blood.
