Get the tier 2 passive that increases move speed while shapeshifted, and fight in Blood Hunger form. It counts as a "shapeshift", basically free 8% move speed (also works with Mutant blood)

But sure, ill use Blood hunger, vampire seduce, dominate horse. All those forms give a speed boost, sorta.

The point was other forms give movement speed And if your capturing someone that'll still get some speed to get out and transport them out of combat.

Rogue blood STACKS with the 8% you get from the passive, it's not a separate thing like "use Rogue blood or use the passive", you can use both, and the other passive that gives move speed after hitting an enemy also stacks. You can easily get over 7.0 move speed while fighting stuff if you just fight in Blood Hunger form. Stack that with move speed amulet (which honestly is pretty good because it summons a skele) and you be bobbin' and weavin' the boss attacks like it's nothin'.

Not sure if it's game-specific, or maybe the devs snuck in a hotfix, but not seeing it in my game. Yes, Skinwalker appears to work for all shapeshifting, and oddly / pointlessly Blood Mend and Expose Vein. But it does *not* work during dominate mount, dominate human, or Blood Hunger.

Now, Turbulent Velocity is also working as intended (+6% for 8 sec after damaging enemies), pointedly during combat. Could you be confused, thinking that is this alleged bug?

That's definitely a bug, just checked myself...Which is odd, because it was definitely boosting move speed a couple days ago. Maybe something got unintentionally changed during one of the hotfixes? I was legit using it during video recordings because it was, in fact, boosting my move speed, so I dunno.

Buddy it's not an exploit, literally get Mutant blood, activate Blood Hunger, and you'll see your move speed go up, same for Expose Vein, Dominate forms, etc. Anything in that Form select wheel counts as a "shapeshift" for Mutant blood bonuses. The fact the passive works for literally everything in that wheel BUT Blood Hunger, is clearly a bug. How does Blood Hunger grant move speed for Mutant blood, but not the Stygian passive, when both the blood and the passive clearly state they boost Shapeshifting move speed? Also, that move speed boost from the Mutant blood existed even in Gloomrot, before 1.0, worked for all forms in the wheel, and still does even after 1.0.

Sorry to bump this, but yeh - OP is correct specifically in regards to the tier 3 Mutant blood bonus. As I stated previously, after testing with blood types *other* than Mutant, the stygian passive bonus 'Skinwalker' works as intended for all shapeshifting (and Mend and Vein for some reason), yet won't for either dominate or blood hunger. The problem is that for whatever reason - presumably a bug / exploit, the similarly-worded tier 3 Mutant blood bonus still applies during all vampiric abilities, including either of the dominates and blood hunger. Even if on horseback (which is generally governed by 'mount gallop' bonuses), assuming you have either dominate / blood hunger ability active and a 60%+ Mutant blood type, your move speed attribute is improved - comparable to the tier 3 Worker blood bonus.
