Please create way to reset passives or delete a character on server
Was playing around with passives/builds and there's no way to reset passives or even restart a character on a friends only private server

Okay, so a couple things here:

- You unlock all of the passives at the Stygian altar and they are all always active all the time, why would you want to reset them if they benefit you?

- Why would you want to restart your character on a server? If you want to change your appearance, you can make a mirror and if it's a concern of abilities, you can reset those at the Altar of Recollection. If you want to be a lower gear level, just remove your current gear and make something lower tier.

These are just curiosities.

Actually, there is a way to reset passives. I forget what it's called, but there is an altar you can build that is strictly used for resetting passives. Look through your build menus, it should be there somewhere.

Thats the alter of recollection, which resets spell points, it doesn't reset passive or refund them. Passives are permanent and there should be a reset for those too. Id like to try out what works for me and what I want to use and limit my build.

Here's the deal:
I have a private server
Friends are playing on it
Enjoyment for me is ruined if progression altered
I (admittedly stupidly) was playing around with admin commands to test builds, bought all passives.
Then, realized can't reset these. So I'm stuck super overpowered with all passives which ruins progression/fun for me.
Can't reset passives to fix problem. Can't start new character on server.

I love how everyone questions why you would want to do something, like there aren't particular things that could happen. On my server, I was messing around with ways to reduce the grindiness since I'd done everything 2-3 times through in Early Access, and I set a research setting to 0. Not realizing if you opened a research table and unlocked everything, it would permanently say 0/1 on all items even if you had the book. It just won't accept it, so the entire first research table is now permanently 0/1 on all items, but everything is unlocked. My friend clicked on my table and the same thing happened to him. I've fixed it now, but that's so annoying. And even with the research setting back to 1, it's all permanently stuck that way. It looks like all of that stuff is set to the character itself, so I could transfer my castle and everything to other clan members and re-create my character and it would be fixed.. but you can't do it.

So yea.. even though it may not appear to be the case, sometimes there are situations where you'd want to re-create a character...

"there are things that can happen"

Congrats, you played yourself. Now stop being mad about it, you chose to do this knowing full well you were cheating.
