Nope. You can transport a prisoner easily enough, or move an old castle's servants to a new location. But no, not any number of servants to an already existing castle.

have an empty cell in the castle you want to transport to then subdue the servant and remove all empty cells then use teleporter stone to send them to the empty cell in another castle

You can't subdue servants. Don't confuse prisoners with servants.
