Another mod I use for this playthrough is the XPRising mod, which also require the Vampire Command Framework and it all still works fine. I do not use mod managers to install mods and use the BepinEx version from the Thunderstore (I think) which is the most recent one.
Those are the only mods I use so I don't know about the others.
Also, don't bother with internet searches. Many devs these days find it more important to milk Discord commissions than actually supporting and marketing their games. This means that an ordinary search through Yandex, Google ect. yield fewer and fewer results due to more and more information being gated by Discord. As... Orwellian as it sounds, it may be best to join up there if you seek more detailed information.
"Bloodcraft" since the last couple patches has been reported by many users to not work for single-player, Mitch doesn't fully understand why this is other than it's a common known issue whereas it wasn't an issue earlier last year.
As for "Modern Camera", don't use the Thunderstore version as it is depreciated & won't be seeing any updates, use the Aequis version from Github, it restores functionality of key binds just without the menu & configuration it is as good as it gets sadly since the mod developers abandoned the project.
I know mod managers are popular for some reason but all my mod installations are manual, it's less complicated for me & results are more direct, many mod managers generate alternate configuration file-paths & at times completely separate configuration files which can be confusing for newer users who don't understand that some mods do not work out of the box & must be manually configured to work properly.
"Bloodrefill" is one of those mods I am not 100% is fully updated for v1.0 of V Rising I have heard conflicting & very polarizing opinions of it, I cannot vouch for it myself personally.
Everything else should nominally work, with modded local times everything should work in theory even if requires multiple attempts as many mods were designed with the intention of operating with live servers that is why "ServerLaunchFix" is a thing at all.
Lastly Steam Forums would be the last place to get support outside of myself & few others the majority of users don't even know mods exist you'll want the V Rising Modding Discord for Technical Assistance Mitch the Bloodcraft author, Odjit (Kindred Mods) & SkyTech (Crimson Mods) are regulars actives. All other regular users/helpers tend to be Online server operators.
Just be sure to have your BepInEx "Logoutput.log" file handy it will be integral for reviewing technical support assistance on the modding discord.

You're welcome, as a follow-up I checked Bloodcraft is no longer supported for single-player (local games) as of latest versions. At the very least you have some functionality with mods & SP.
